The facilities
Button maker
You can produce buttons for use on your website. Simply upload
a suitable background and then you have a choice of font size, colour,
type and bold / italic style.
You can set the position of the text over the image using padding,
so that it can appear wherever you like.
The button size is not set, so you can even use this to produce
banners with text over if you have the image ready.
Buttons are saved to your hard drive as .Gif image, having first
merged the text into the image.
There are four types of buttons available, meaning that you can
create up to four styles that you require, without having to keep
altering settings each time.
The facility remembers your settings, so you can come back at any
time and create new buttons.
Image resizer
I wanted to create an easy to use image resizer online for those
people who don't have an image editor or people who want a quick
and easy solution to image resizing.
Simply browse up your image (up to 10Mb) and it can be resized
in one of four ways:
1) Scale to width (put in the width and the height is altered in
proportion).
2) Scale to height (put in the height and the width is altered in
proportion).
3) Scale to percentage - type in the percentage decrease you want
- e.g. 50% and it will drop both proportions down.
4) Bespoke - decide the width and height to scale down to (this
will distort the image).
The facility takes .Gif and .Jpg images and saves .Jpg to your
hard drive.
