Terms and conditions
Please note. This facility has taken a lot of time to produce and is provided free, in good faith, for those who wish to link back to us. If you do not wish to link to us, you have the option of paying an annual subscription fee instead.
By using this service, you agree
1) If using the free service, to link back from any website on which you use the buttons generated or images resized.
2) If using the annual subscription, to only use the facility for your own websites. This must not be used for websites produced for other companies, using your account.
Please contact keithsaye@bestwebsitedesign.co.uk if you wish to be licensed to multiple use for your customers.
3) If using the free link back service to link back from all websites that use the buttons or resized images.
4) The link backs must be on pages that Google can spider. The page containing the link to us, must be linked to from the home page of the site in question.
5) The link must be a real html link and must not have rel=nofollow attribute or be a JavaScript or other link which is not spiderable by the search engines.
6) If these conditions are not met, you agree to pay the full subscription, immediately, for each site not complying.
7) You will indemnify us against any loss or damage, legal or civil action resulting in your use of this facility or the by-products of this.
8) Should a refund be issued to you, our liability is strictly limited to the subscription that you paid to us at the time of subscription or renewal. By issuing a refund, we are not admitting liability for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of using this facility.
9) It is your responsibility to make sure you have permission to use images and only use these within the terms of that permission.
10) Law
10.1) The applicable law of this agreement is English Law.
10.2 The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
10.3 If any terms or any part of the Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid under English Law then all other terms and any part of the term that are not invalid shall remain in force.
